Dozens of workers from Lufthansa Technik Puerto Rico, along with their supporters, held rallies at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport and at the company’s facility in Aguadilla. The gatherings aimed to protest what they described as union-busting tactics by the company.

The demonstrators called on Lufthansa Technik to stop actions they believe are intended to divide employees and to respect the technicians responsible for aircraft safety. According to participants, these professionals play a key role in maintaining safe flight operations.

“Stop the union-busting tactics, end the efforts to divide workers, and respect the professionals who keep aircraft flying safely every day,” stated rally organizers.

The events drew attention to ongoing tensions between some employees and company management regarding labor practices. Workers emphasized the importance of unity and fair treatment in the workplace.
