The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) has announced the continued availability of its Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to support members and their families during the holiday season. The union emphasized that this period can be challenging for many, and reaffirmed its commitment to providing help.

IAM offers two separate EAPs that provide confidential support around the clock. These programs are designed to assist members, their families, and loved ones with various issues they may face during the holidays.

In addition to the union’s resources, IAM reminded members of national support services available to everyone. The National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline can be reached by dialing 988 or through text at 988 or by visiting 988lifeline.org. In emergencies, individuals are encouraged to call 911.

“We support you, your family, and your loved ones through what can be a challenging time,” stated IAM in its announcement.
