Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office arrests fugitive on multiple warrants

On January 23, 2026, the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit apprehended Brandon Walker in Lithonia, Georgia. Authorities reported that Walker had outstanding warrants from the Duluth Police Department for several offenses, including statutory rape, child molestation by electronic device, enticing a child for indecent purposes, and creating or possessing visual material depicting a minor in sexually explicit conduct.

Walker was taken into custody without incident and is currently held at the Gwinnett County Jail.

In a statement from the Sheriff’s Office: “The Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office remains committed to locating and apprehending offenders wanted for serious crimes to ensure the safety of our community.”
