Gwinnett Chamber Foundation appoints new board for 2025–2026

The Gwinnett Chamber Foundation, an affiliate of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, has named its 2025–2026 Board of Directors. The board is made up of business and community leaders who will guide the Foundation’s work to support small businesses in Gwinnett County.

“Gwinnett County is home to one of the most diverse and dynamic business communities in the nation, and the Foundation is proud to strengthen that ecosystem,” said Deirdra Cox, Executive Director of the GCF. “This board represents leaders committed to ensuring small business owners have access to opportunities that help them thrive.”

Members of the new board include Jonathan Holmes (Mighty 8th Media), Jue Wang (T Dallas Smith & Co.), Rob Drake (Synchronize Solutions), Deven Cason (Georgia Power), Deirdra Cox (Executive Director, Gwinnett Chamber Foundation), Lanier Levett (Gregory B. Levett & Sons), Matthew Yarbrough (Board Chair, Council for Quality Growth), Kristi Hunter (Treasurer, United Community Bank), Colleen Japuntich (NEMA, Inc.), Nick Masino (President & CEO, Gwinnett Chamber & Partnership Gwinnett), Renae Keitt (Secretary, ARK Temporary Staffing), Aysha Abdullatif (Spherion Greater Atlanta), Erika Bridges (Simon Properties), Alvin Keitt (ARK Temporary Staffing), Tasha Allen (Vice Chair, Georgia Chamber), Sara Irvani (Okabashi Brands, Inc.), Ruthann Savage (Savage Dynamic Consulting), Joy Mitchell (Office Creations, Inc.), Salmaan Ajani (Amazing Energy Solutions; not pictured), Jay Patel (JMS Family Office; not pictured), Eunicia Peret (Excelstra; not pictured), Cole Porter (Porter Steel, Inc.; not pictured) and Veronica Reyes (TruFund; not pictured).

Since it was established, the Foundation has focused on helping small businesses by offering leadership development programs, educational resources and grant funding. In its first year alone, it invested nearly $100,000 in grants for local businesses. The organization plans to expand its certification and resource programs through 2025 and 2026.

“The Foundation’s vision is to promote a resilient and sustainable business community through strategic investments in education and leadership,” said Nick Masino, President & CEO of Gwinnett Chamber & Partnership Gwinnett. “The expertise of this board will be instrumental in advancing our mission and shaping Gwinnett’s economic future.”

The Gwinnett Chamber Foundation works to foster economic growth across Gwinnett County by providing small business owners with access to leadership training, educational programming and grant opportunities.
