The Gwinnett Chamber recently held its Small Business Series event, drawing more than 60 business leaders. Sponsored by Comcast Business and Oconee State Bank, the session focused on social media strategies for business growth.

Speaker Robin Nathaniel discussed the importance of resilience, creativity, and reinvention in developing sustainable business approaches. Nathaniel presented the Social Media SYNC Method, a four-part framework aimed at helping businesses and organizations produce content that connects with audiences, encourages engagement, and leads to measurable results. The method focuses on streamlining messaging, aligning content with organizational objectives, building an authentic voice, and establishing a lasting strategy.

Attendees received practical advice on how to improve their marketing efforts, broaden their digital presence, and build stronger relationships within the local business community.

The Small Business Series is part of the Chamber’s ongoing effort to provide education, networking opportunities, and actionable resources for companies seeking to compete in Gwinnett’s evolving market. Information about future events can be found on the Chamber’s event calendar.
