The Gwinnett Leadership Organization for Women (GLOW), part of the Gwinnett Chamber, brought together 90 business and community leaders at the 1818 Club on November 12. The luncheon featured Holly Moore, a leadership expert, who led an interactive workshop aimed at helping participants handle difficult conversations with confidence and compassion.

During the session, attendees were introduced to a framework designed to build trust, enhance communication, and improve team alignment. These skills are considered important for women in leadership roles within today’s business landscape.

The event was sponsored by AboutFace Skin Care and Northside Hospital, with additional support from MSTiller and Rainbow Village. Organizers said the luncheon aligns with GLOW’s mission to connect and elevate women leaders throughout Gwinnett.

GLOW plans to continue offering networking and professional development opportunities for women in business and leadership. More information about future events can be found at https://www.gwinnettchamber.org/events/.
