The Gwinnett Chamber hosted its April Gwinnett Leadership Organization for Women (GLOW) Breakfast at TPC Sugarloaf, featuring guest speaker Linnea Miller of Long Table, according to an April 1 announcement. The event brought together executive and professional women to discuss how to approach conflict as a tool for growth and leadership.

The program aimed to provide attendees with practical strategies for navigating conflict intentionally. Miller encouraged participants to view conflict not as something negative but as an opportunity for clarity, innovation, and stronger relationships. She challenged traditional perceptions by stating that engaging in healthy, constructive conflict can help leaders communicate more effectively and create environments where teams thrive.

Attendees were given tools designed to help them lead with confidence while fostering collaboration within their organizations. GLOW is described as a cornerstone program of the Gwinnett Chamber, offering networking opportunities, leadership development, and support for business growth across Gwinnett County and the metro Atlanta area.

Sponsors supporting the event included Leading Sponsors AboutFace Skin Care and Northside Hospital; Principal Sponsors Rainbow Village and Walton Gas; along with Partner Event Sponsor University of Georgia Gwinnett Campus.

The Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce supports diverse small businesses and serves one of the nation’s most diverse counties according to the official website.
