Castellucci Hospitality Group and Chef J. Trent Harris, known for their Michelin-starred restaurant MUJŌ, have announced plans to open a new restaurant called KOSHU Club in early 2026. The new venue will be located at Ninetynine West Paces in Buckhead.

KOSHU Club is described as an elegant dining experience inspired by the Shōwa-era supper clubs of Japan. The kitchen will be led by Executive Chef J. Trent Harris and Chef de Cuisine Keith Miller. The menu will combine traditional Japanese washoku and Western-influenced yōshoku dishes with a modern approach. It will focus on high-quality seafood and select cuts of meat prepared using sumibiyaki, a method of slow-grilling over binchōtan charcoal that aims to bring out depth and balance in flavor.

The beverage program at KOSHU Club will include a curated sake selection, Japanese-style cocktails, and a wine cellar featuring both established and emerging producers from around the world.

Smith Hanes Studio is responsible for the interior design, which is intended to reflect the understated elegance of mid-century Japan through balanced warmth and precision.
