Alliance Residential Company has expanded its presence in the Atlanta area by acquiring nearly 11 acres in Peachtree Corners’ Technology Park. The Scottsdale-based developer intends to construct Broadstone Innovation, a multifamily apartment community at 20 Innovation Drive, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Details about the seller and the purchase price were not disclosed.

The new project will feature 326 one- and two-bedroom units with amenities including a dog park, pet spa, resort-style pool, fitness center, outdoor kitchen, an infrared salt sauna, and red-light therapy pods. Residents will also have access to walking trails.

Noah Randall, managing director of Alliance Residential’s Southeast division, said: “The Broadstone Innovation apartments will be constructed as the 500-acre Technology Park in Peachtree Corners evolves into an innovation hub while the Atlanta suburb continues to attract forward-thinking, technology-focused employers.”

Broadstone Innovation is scheduled to open in spring 2027.

Last year, Alliance completed its first development in Peachtree Corners—Broadstone Peachtree Corners—which offers 295 apartments and 26 townhomes along with for-rent office space.

Technology Park currently employs more than 10,000 people across its campus. As housing remains limited in Peachtree Corners, developers are targeting infill projects within the park to meet local demand.

Other companies are also pursuing similar residential developments nearby. The Providence Group plans a community of 77 three-story townhomes on a 7.5-acre parcel at 333 Research Court. Additionally, Forestar Group purchased a site last year for a project involving demolition of an office building to build 75 luxury townhomes; that development is expected to open next spring.
