7-Eleven Philippines has chosen NCR Voyix to upgrade its point-of-sale (POS) and commerce platform across more than 4,500 stores. The decision follows an evaluation process aimed at simplifying store workflows, reducing manual tasks, and enhancing customer experiences on a large scale.

The partnership marks the first collaboration between the two companies. NCR Voyix will deliver its POS system on the Voyix Commerce Platform, which is designed to provide a unified operational foundation for retail environments. The platform enables consistent software delivery across locations, improves operational resilience, and supports integration with loyalty programs, mobile services, and payment systems as customer needs change.

In addition to the new POS system, 7-Eleven Philippines will use NCR Voyix’s Professional and Managed Services to further streamline operations and support ongoing innovation throughout its network of stores. This approach aims to provide flexibility for adding new services and insights over time.

Richard Lee, President of 7-Eleven Philippines, said: “Improving store operations, enhancing deployment efficiency and strengthening security and compliance are critical priorities for our business. NCR Voyix demonstrated a strong understanding of our needs and how its platform can help us introduce improvements at scale and serve customers better across our network.”

Nick East, chief product officer at NCR Voyix, stated: “We are thrilled to welcome 7‑Eleven Philippines as a new customer. At this scale, retailers need a platform that helps them move faster with confidence, rolling out new capabilities predictably, keeping operations resilient and continually improving the experiences their customers deliver to shoppers. That is exactly what Voyix POS and the Voyix Commerce Platform are designed to enable.”

A pilot program is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026 with broader implementation planned for 2027.

NCR Voyix Corporation is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, providing unified commerce solutions for shopping and dining in more than 35 countries worldwide. Since its start in 1984, 7-Eleven Philippines has grown into a leading convenience retailer with over 4,500 stores nationwide.
